Valley View Casino, along with general contractor Swinerton Builders, recently celebrated the topping off of its hotel project, an important mile-stone in the construction of the casino's luxury boutique hotel scheduled to open in early 2011. "Topping off' is a term used by general contractors to indicate the last concrete pour of the top deck and represents a huge milestone in the project schedule.

"We've literally moved mountains to build this hotel," said Roger Kazemier, senior superintendent of Swinerton Builders. "This is a huge achievement we have accomplished thus far, and it is all thanks to our great relationships and teamwork with Valley View Casino that we are topping off this hotel."

The new Valley View Casino hotel will have an adults-only policy. Because of guest services and amenities, the casino anticipates that the resort will become a luxury destination for high-rollers, discriminating travelers and the entertainment industry.
